Acceptance of Terms
When you visit OldGmb ("the Website") and buy anything we offer, you accept these Terms of Service ("Terms") in full. Should any part of them not sit right with you, please stop here and refrain from using the Website or our services. These Terms form a binding legal agreement between you ("the Buyer") and OldGmb ("we," "us," or "the Seller").
Products and Services
What We Sell
OldGmb offers aged Gmail accounts spanning a wide range of ages, anywhere from 6 months up to 15 years. Every account is delivered with:
- Complete sign-in details (the email address and its password)
- The recovery details tied to that account
- Instant handover through Telegram
Account Accuracy
We take care to describe each account's age and features as truthfully as possible. When we state an account's age, we are referring to the original creation date of that Gmail account.
Ordering and Delivery
Every order is arranged and completed through our official Telegram channel. Here is how it works:
- Reach out to us on Telegram at @oldgmb
- Tell us the account type, age, and how many you want to buy
- Settle the payment through a method we both agree on
- Get your account credentials right away by Telegram direct message
Telegram is the one and only official place we handle orders and support. Any deal made on another platform, or with someone pretending to be our brand, is outside our control and not our responsibility.
Pricing and Payment
Every price is quoted in US Dollars (USD) and may change at any moment without advance notice. Whatever price appears on the Website when you place your order is the price that governs that order. A range of digital payment options is available, and we will go over the details with you while arranging the order on Telegram.
48-Hour Replacement Guarantee
We back the quality of what we sell with a replacement guarantee that runs for 48 hours.
- Should an account stop working or get suspended within 48 hours of delivery because of a problem that already existed, we will hand you a free replacement of equal or greater value.
- To request a replacement, reach out to us on Telegram before the 48-hour window closes and include proof of the problem.
- This guarantee does not extend to problems the buyer causes, such as (but not limited to) adjusting account settings in ways that raise security flags, using the account for spam or abuse, or breaking Google's Terms of Service.
No Refund Policy
Every sale is final, and we never issue cash refunds for any reason. Because these products are digital, the moment account credentials leave our hands the sale is treated as finished. The only remedy we provide for an account problem within the allowed window is our replacement guarantee (Section 5).
Buyer Responsibilities
By buying from us, you agree to:
- Update the password and recovery details the moment the account reaches you
- Keep your use of the account within Google's Terms of Service
- Take full ownership of everything done on the account once it has been delivered
- Refrain from holding OldGmb responsible for anything done with the account once the 48-hour guarantee has ended
Prohibited Uses
You agree that accounts bought from OldGmb will not be put to any of the following uses:
- Sending spam, phishing messages, or malicious material
- Identity theft, fraud, or any unlawful activity
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing any person or organization
- Spreading malware, viruses, or other harmful software
- Anything that breaks applicable local, national, or international law
We keep the right to turn away anyone we believe plans to use our products for these forbidden purposes.
Limitation of Liability
So far as the law allows:
- OldGmb will not be answerable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages that stem from using the accounts you purchase.
- For any claim connected to a purchase, the most we can ever owe you is the sum you paid for that particular account.
- We bear no responsibility for what Google does, including any suspension, restriction, or termination of an account, once the 48-hour guarantee has run out.
- We make no promise that any account will keep working forever, since every account remains subject to Google's own policies and systems.
Intellectual Property
Everything featured on OldGmb, from text and graphics to logos, icons, images, and software, belongs to OldGmb and is safeguarded by the relevant intellectual property laws. You may not copy, share, or build derivative works from this material unless we grant you written permission.
Disclaimer of Warranties
We supply our products and services on an "as is" and "as available" basis, with no warranties of any kind, whether spelled out or implied. We do not promise that the Website will run without interruption, stay free of errors, or contain no harmful elements. Apart from our 48-hour replacement guarantee, we offer no assurance about how long a purchased account will remain available or functional.
Indemnification
You agree to protect, defend, and hold OldGmb, along with its owners, staff, and affiliates, free from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and costs (legal fees included) that arise out of your use of our products or your breach of these Terms.
Modifications to Terms
We may revise these Terms whenever we see fit. Any revision will appear on this page together with a refreshed "Last updated" date. If you keep using the Website and our services after a change goes live, that continued use counts as your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Severability
Should any part of these Terms turn out to be invalid or impossible to enforce, that part will be narrowed or removed only as far as necessary, while every remaining part stays fully in effect.
